The breeding trend for modern laying hens is toward smaller body size, earlier sexual maturity, higher production performance, and lower disease resistance. This requires greater nutritional support in production. Rearing commercial layer chicks with breeder pullet feed is well suited to the higher nutritional requirements of today’s laying hens.
1, it can enhance the body's nonspecific immune function and strengthen the immune response. After vaccination, antibody variation is low, and antibody titers are one titer higher than when using regular layer premix.
2, the flock has high health status, good stress resistance, and rapid growth and development. Birds are less likely to get sick, and medication costs are low.
3, high feed conversion rate and high feed efficiency
High-energy, high-protein diets require higher levels of vitamins and trace catalysts. When animals are fed highly concentrated diets to promote rapid growth, performance improves with increased vitamins and trace elements. Using a breeder pullet premix improves feed conversion by about 0.16 compared with a standard layer premix.
4, selected vitamins and high amino acid levels make it easier to meet body weight and shank length targets. No claw splitting occurs after placement in cages.
5, high levels of available phosphorus and calcium result in greater tibial density and thickness, and a straight breastbone. Leg paralysis is less likely to occur.
6, the comb height and oviduct length before the start of production differ significantly compared with those of ordinary layer premix.
7, enzymes specifically formulated for young poultry have been added to compensate for deficiencies in the chicken’s endogenous enzymes, reduce antinutritional factors in the raw materials, improve feed conversion, promote well-formed droppings, and support a healthier flock.
