Use the manufacturer’s calibration method and record supply conditions, the setting, measurement method and result. Recheck after maintenance or a change of duty. Distinguish cleaning-solution and drinking-water pipework, and confirm appropriate backflow protection.

Connect the equipment and the record

Put the relevant points into a site checklist, assign responsibility and update the routine using trial observations, daily inspections and feedback. Confirm the equipment configuration and operating requirements against the actual instructions and the agreed site plan.
