On the 10th day of month 14, good news came from the Hubei Jinfulai million-layer-hen project in Dajiang Village, Siwang Town: the first batch of standardized chicken coops in Phase one was officially completed and put into use, and the first batch of chicks was successfully brought in and placed in the coops. This marks the formal entry into production and operation of this high-profile key agricultural project.
Project lead Chen Peng said that the Phase one project includes the construction of 8 modern chicken coops, each with capacity to raise 12.5 ten thousand layer hens. Another 2 coops can be completed and put into production by the end of the year. All chicken coops will be completed and put into production by month 10 of year 2027.

Phase one will focus on developing a digital, intelligent layer-hen farming base; phase two will see the construction of a modern slaughtering and processing center; phase three is planned to include organic fruit and vegetable cultivation and a Chinese herbal medicine base, while also developing an integrated agriculture and tourism project.
Once fully completed and operational, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 10 billion yuan. It will not only provide stable industrial support for the local area, but also create more than 200 jobs, boosting employment and incomes for residents of surrounding villages, injecting strong momentum into rural revitalization in Siwang Town, and advancing the industrialization of agriculture in Wuxue City to a new level.
