What does the Draft provide?
Extension:from 31 December 2026 to 31 December 2036.
Maximum rate: 5% per period of 12 months, calculated on the dry matter of foods of agricultural origin.
Animals concerned:piglets up to 35 kg and young poultry raised using the Organic method.
Conditions: the derogation may be used when a sufficient quantity of organic protein feed is unavailable, subject to confirmation by the competent authority; non-organic proteins must also be produced or prepared without chemical solvents.
