Friends, after bringing aquaculture equipment home, in addition to using it, you should also pay attention to its maintenance. Today, let’s talk about how to maintain aquaculture equipment.
I. Automatic chicken feeding equipment. When using an automatic chicken feeding line in daily operation, be sure to observe the following points:
1, after each flock of chickens, lubricate the chicken feed line motor shaft with grease. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the motor hopper to prevent rust,
2, after each batch of chickens is raised, check and retighten the screws in places such as the feed line clips and lifting system.
3, the line switch and contacts controlled by the feed line; check for looseness to prevent poor contact,
II. Precautions for chicken-raising equipment, including automatic chicken waterers: Note the following points when using poultry ball-valve nipple drinkers in daily operation.
Rearing chicks with nipple drinkers (in cage-rearing systems) has several advantages over rearing them with commonly used tower-style vacuum drinkers.
III. Poultry equipment: heating equipment. Use of poultry hot-air furnaces and precautions:
1, in spring, summer, and autumn, add less coal and do so more frequently when using a hot-air furnace for chicken farming, to prevent the furnace temperature from becoming too high and continuously blowing hot air into the coop.
2, the hot-air heater for chicken farming should have its ash-cleaning port opened to remove soot after approximately every three batches of chickens, to prevent excessive furnace ash from affecting combustion and temperature increase,
3, the blower and smoke exhaust fan of the poultry heating furnace must be greased once after each batch of chickens is raised to prevent bearing failure,
