Available in widths of 3 and 3,80 m, the Krone EasyFlow Plus pick-up is designed for intensive use by ETA, Cuma and large farms that own their forage harvester. Like the other EasyFlow pick-ups, this latest-generation pick-up operates without a cam. During the development of this harvesting header, the engineers focused on the service life and ease of maintenance. The EasyFlow plus therefore comes as standard with easy-to-replace stainless steel wear plates fitted behind the feed auger, as well as in the channel conveying the crop to the feed chamber of the Krone Big X forage harvester.

Automatic lubrication of the chains on the Krone EasyFlow Plus pick-up
The feed augerreceives bolted HD steel wear plates at the periphery of its augers. It is protected by a maintenance-free cam limiter. In terms of kinematics, the EasyFlow Plus pick-up benefits from reinforced chains and housings. It has automatic lubrication of all drive chains, which reduces daily maintenance.
