Recently, the Minglong Cenxi Modern Layer Hen Industrial Park project has made the most of the construction window, with Phase II poultry houses, the general office building and supporting facilities progressing simultaneously.

The industrial park is located in Shuiwen Town, Cenxi City, Wuzhou, Guangxi. It is jointly invested in by Shenzhen Green Agricultural Products Co., Ltd. and Hunan Minglong Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. The two parties jointly established Guangxi Green Minglong Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. to oversee all operations. The project has a total investment of 1.5 hundred million yuan and covers 102 mu. Groundbreaking took place in 2025 year 6 month.
Production officially begins in mid-11 month
Construction of the Phase II poultry houses officially began in 9 month. Initial works, including site clearance, earth excavation and foundation pouring, were completed in succession. After more than one month of intensive construction, by early October the main structures and floor works of the two poultry houses were largely complete. Breeding equipment has been arriving on site for installation and commissioning, and production is expected to begin officially in mid-11 month.
Once the two Phase II poultry houses begin production, capacity will increase by 30 ten thousand birds. The entire industrial park will then have a total inventory of 60 ten thousand laying hens, strengthening the foundation of Cenxi’s ecological egg industry, providing a steady supply of high-quality Five-Grain Fresh Eggs, and supporting the long-term development of local specialty agriculture and animal husbandry.
The project is being advanced through “three phases of construction, with production capacity and efficiency increasing progressively.” On 2026-5-6, the first batch of 15 ten-thousand laying hens was successfully moved in, and the industrial park officially entered the operational phase; by 2026-9, standardized capacity for 30 ten-thousand hens had been established and the first batch had entered mass production. According to the plan,The project is expected to be fully completed and reach production capacity in the first half of 2027. At that time, the laying-hen population will reach 100 ten-thousand hens, filling a gap in Cenxi City's high-standard, modern laying-hen farming industry.
Fresh eggs are sold as soon as they are produced, with demand outstripping supply
Green Minglong eggs are currently receiving an enthusiastic response in the market, with fresh eggs selling as soon as they are produced and demand far exceeding supply! Every day in the finished-products workshop, workers systematically sort, box, and seal the fresh eggs. Boxes of eggs, still carrying their fresh-from-the-farm quality, are dispatched one after another to major cities and delivered straight to consumers’ tables.
