“Belt and Road Initiative” Framework for Sino-Russian Dairy Industry Exchange: Russian Delegation Visits Youran牧业
10 month 13, a Russian dairy delegation visited Youran牧业 for an exchange. The delegation was a high-level inspection group from Russia’s dairy industry. Its members included a total of 45 representatives, including heads of more than 20 large-scale dairy farming enterprises from 14 federal subjects of Russia, as well as international technical cooperation partners. The companies represented by the delegation currently have a combined milking herd of approximately 13.8 ten thousand cows, with projects under construction for a further 1.1 ten thousand milking cows. Their scale and influence place them among the leading players in Russia’s dairy industry.
The delegation visited Youran牧业’s Chilechuan Eco-Smart Ranch and high-quality alfalfa planting base, learning in depth about the company’s advanced smart farming technologies and integrated crop-livestock model. A series of cutting-edge achievements—including smart unmanned barns, the “Huimu Cloud” ranch management platform, an intelligent IoT environmental control system for barns, embryo breeding technology, and low-carbon environmental solutions—attracted considerable attention from the delegation. Members said that the results of Youran牧业’s technology implementation far exceeded expectations and could provide practical reference for the digital and intelligent transformation of large-scale Russian ranches. The strong capabilities of China’s smart dairy farming won high recognition from Russian industry peers.
During the delegation’s visit, Youran牧业 Saikexing and Russian company Mirka Trading signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the entry of high-yield dairy cattle frozen semen and embryo products into the Russian and Eurasian Economic Union markets, and to deepen exchanges and cooperation in breeding, mating, and reproductive technologies. This is a practical implementation in the dairy sector of China-Russia strategic alignment and cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. Going forward, Youran牧业 will continue to focus on core dairy cattle farming technologies and share advanced Chinese smart farming experience, contributing to the high-quality development of the dairy industry.
